• Proven track record as a Principal or Senior Recruitment Consultant within Engineering.
• Experience delivering contract recruitment solutions.
• Demonstrable billing success of £150,000+ annually.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process across Engineering and Manufacturing roles.
• Source, screen, and place high-quality technical candidates.
• Drive consistent revenue growth in Bristol operations.

Salary: Up to £40,000K base + OTE

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process across Engineering and Manufacturing roles
• Deliver exceptional permanent and/or contract solutions within Power Generation, Manufacturing, and Mechanical & Electrical disciplines
• Source, screen, and place high-quality technical candidates
• Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Leverage market insights to provide expert advice and identify new opportunities
• Drive consistent revenue growth and play a key role in expanding our Bristol operations

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Principal or Senior Recruitment Consultant within Engineering, Manufacturing, or a closely related market
• Strong knowledge of the Power Generation, Manufacturing, or Mechanical & Electrical sectors
• Experience delivering contract recruitment solutions
• Demonstrable billing success, ideally £150,000+ annually
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A motivated, consultative approach with the ambition to become a sector specialist
