Principle Project Lead

Are you a Principle Project Lead? Do you have experience leading project teams in executing engineering programs? Are you confident delivering On Time In Full and On Budget projects? Have you got experience being customer facing?

If so, a global leader in interiors is currently looking to grow their projects team with a Principle Project Lead!

Permanent Opportunity

7:30-4 Mon–Thurs, 7:30-1:00 Fridays. 1 day remote working available. Northampton.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Engineering Project Leads (EPLs) in the execution of all engineering aspects to deliver fully engineered and certified programs to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage a portfolio of engineering projects, including NPD, customer customization, certification programs, and aftermarket initiatives.
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, value management, KPI reporting, and schedule control using tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Maintain strong customer relationships with Airbus, Boeing, and major airlines, representing engineering in senior technical and program reviews.

Essential Skills and Experience
