Senior Operations Leader - Multi-Site Management

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Operations Leader to oversee multiple sites within a critical public sector contract in Wales.

Hours: Full‑time, Monday to Friday.

This role involves leading operational delivery across several locations, ensuring services run efficiently, safely, and in line with contractual requirements. You will work closely with site‑based teams and stakeholders to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
