My client offers an exciting opportunity for a Principal Level Geo-Environmental Engineer at their Milton Keynes or Swindon offices, with excellent prospects for development and progression within a smaller, dynamic consultancy.
The company is a busy and friendly firm specializing in geo-environmental, geotechnical, and site investigation services. They operate on projects of varying sizes across the south of England, Wales, and the Midlands, serving clients ranging from small to medium house builders, commercial businesses, and mineral extraction industries. This environment provides staff with a broad knowledge base in a short period.
The candidate should be degree qualified in a relevant field, with a Master’s Degree being advantageous. Chartership with a relevant professional body is also desirable.
The candidate must have substantial experience in Ground Investigation, particularly in Geo-Environmental aspects. A thorough understanding of contaminated land legislation and consultancy practices is essential. Knowledge of interpretative geotechnical report writing, the EIA process, and reporting would be beneficial.
