As a Principal Engineer, you will support and deliver electrical designs for various project types, working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction. You will also develop new business opportunities and ensure project profitability.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing the technical delivery of electrical design services for multiple projects.
• Developing strategic concepts to meet project briefs and standards.
• Engaging with stakeholders and translating project requirements within the team.
• Monitoring project budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Mentoring junior staff, including apprentices and graduates.

About you

To succeed, you should have:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer or similar, with a record of delivering complex projects.
• Experience with modern technical delivery processes and software such as BIM, Revit, Electrical OM, Dialux, and Relux.
• Experience collaborating with clients, contractors, and architects in a consultancy role.
• Self-awareness, openness, and a collaborative spirit.
• Experience supporting others’ development.
