About the Role

Operating remotely within the UK, you’ll start as an individual contributor, working closely with delivery and development teams. You’ll partner with a Solution Architect for technical depth, but you’ll be the one leading engagements, overseeing implementation, and driving long-term success. Post-go-live involvement is optional depending on your interests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, guiding them through technical and business challenges
  • Map customer goals to platform capabilities and define clear delivery priorities
  • Lead end-to-end project cycles, from discovery and UAT through launch
  • Oversee adoption and ensure customers achieve lasting value from the platform
  • Collaborate internally with project management, engineering, solution architecture, and customer success teams to deliver outcomes
