Summary

Reporting to Project Leads, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and reporting on project programmes in Primavera P6. The role may involve client‑facing communication via email and meetings.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Primavera and programme planning experience, ideally within the construction industry.

Location and Type

Part‑time, fixed‑term contract, Remote, with some ad‑hoc in‑person meetings in London

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage project programmes in Primavera P6, ensuring they remain accurate, organised, and aligned with design management input.
  • Gather information from internal teams to ensure high‑quality programme outputs are delivered to clients on time.
  • Apply planning logic, track interdependencies, and highlight critical path, resource loading, and cost impacts.
  • Track baseline vs. actual progress and identify delays, risks, and knock‑on effects.
  • Provide clear programme advice and flag deviations to Project Leads.
  • Liaise with client‑side planners when required.
  • Produce regular updates and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support communications and attend relevant meetings.
  • Ensure consistent, reliable progress reporting and adherence to planning procedures.
