Teaching Personnel are on the lookout for a dedicated, hard-working, passionate individual to take on the role of Classroom Support in the Penarth area.

No Professional Experience? No Problem!

If you have any experience with children, care or sports coaching in your personal life, then we would still love to hear from you!

Role Duties
  • Supporting the pupil on a 1:1 basis in the classroom and other day to day activities.
  • ✨ Create a safe, positive, fun environment in the classroom to instil confidence in the pupil.
  • Develop a working rapport with the student.
  • Find an effective way to deliver feedback for the student’s efforts.
  • ️ Promote a child-led approach.
  • ⏳ Deal with challenging behaviour and be open to assisting with a variety of different needs.

The role is based in the Vale of Glamorgan area in a primary school setting. You may be working with pupils that have any of Autism, ADD, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Dyslexia, or other conditions.

The working hours will be between Monday – Friday starting at 8:30am & finishing at 3:30pm.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
