A leading educational institution in Wigan is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2. The position requires Qualified Teacher Status and experience in a UK primary setting. Responsibilities include planning high-quality lessons, managing classroom behavior, and ensuring student welfare. This is a full-time, term-time only role with immediate start available and potential for permanent placement.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND.
  • Assessing, monitoring and tracking pupil progress.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting positive learning attitudes.
  • Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN staff and parents/carers.
  • Ensuring safeguarding, welfare and school policies are followed at all times.

Primary Teacher
Location: Wigan
Salary: £120 £200 per day
Full-time, term-time only
Immediate start available
Long-term role with potential for permanent placement

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Wigan. As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, supporting pupils' academic progress, confidence and personal development within a nurturing learning environment.

Primary Teacher Responsibilities
  • Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND.
