About the Role - Supply Teacher

As a Supply Teacher, you will be expected to:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Ensure all required work is completed during the school day
  • Provide clear feedback to the class teacher upon their return
  • Adapt lessons where necessary to meet the needs of all pupils
  • Maintain positive behaviour and a well-managed classroom environment
About You

To be successful as a Supply Teacher, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively with staff and parents
  • Experience supporting pupils with additional needs
  • Availability between 8:30am and 3:30pm on the days you choose to work
  • Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting
