Responsibilities

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers with the delivery of high-quality lessons, while also assisting pupils with their learning on both a one-to-one basis and in small groups. You will help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and provide encouragement and support for children's social and emotional development.
