Prime Sports Uk are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sports Coach to join our team, delivering high-quality physical activity sessions across primary schools in Bradford and Halifax. This is a dual‑role position combining school‑time and after‑school coaching with lead responsibilities during school holiday sports camps. This is an exciting opportunity for a coach who is passionate about inspiring young people, confident in leading groups, and able to deliver engaging, safe, and inclusive sessions.

Responsibilities – School Term
  • Deliver curriculum‑time PE lessons in primary schools
  • Lead after‑school sports clubs and activity sessions
  • Plan and adapt sessions to meet the needs of varying ages and abilities
  • Maintain excellent behaviour management and safeguarding standards
  • Build strong relationships with school staff, pupils, and parents
Responsibilities – School Holidays
  • Act as Lead Coach for our multi‑sport holiday camps
  • Oversee daily operations between 8:00am‑6:00pm (shift patterns may vary)
  • Ensure camps run safely, smoothly, and to a high standard
  • Supervise coaching staff and support assistants
  • Create a positive, energetic, and fun environment for all children attending
Qualifications
  • Significant experience working in school settings and holiday clubs/camps
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • Ability to lead engaging, high‑quality sports sessions
  • A genuine passion for working with children
  • Clean DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Reliable, flexible, and professional attitude
  • Must be available throughout school holidays
Desirable (but not essential)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Relevant coaching qualifications
  • First Aid and Safeguarding certificates
  • Experience leading a team of coaches
