A leading healthcare provider in Norwich is seeking a Nurse for a hybrid role focused on improving patient care through clinical trials and quality improvement activities. This position involves supporting GP sites, conducting patient clinics, and managing chronic diseases. We are looking for a Nurse to support a range of business activities including delivering patient clinics and reviewing patient records for our clinical trials and quality improvement (QI) activities. Your work will help improve quality of care for patients with chronic conditions and rare diseases within primary care. You will support practices to participate in novel real-life research and pragmatic trials, with the opportunity to build and contribute skills to a unique clinical trials unit.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis (3 days in office, 2 days at home) based in either our central Norwich or Oakington, Cambridge office. OPC also supports GP practices to participate in new and innovative real-life research, including UK-wide pragmatic trials, and provides end-to-end research delivery services for commercial and academic studies, especially in primary care.

Professional Registration
Clinical Support band - £40,000 - £50,000
Travel
National travel may be required with occasional overnight stays to facilitate patient clinics, usually held within GP practices. Travel will be at the expense of the company in line with the expenses policy.
