An exciting opportunity has arisen within Aneurin Bevan University Health Board's Primary CareContracting Team. We are seeking a highly motivated Band6 ContractManager to join our Contracting Team, supporting the delivery ofPrimary CareServices, in particular General Dental Servicesacross the Health Board.
As the Primary CareContractManager, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and patient-centred primary care services. You will support a broad agenda focused on service improvement and robust contract management.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working within Primary Care, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a flexible and proactive approach to managing challenges.

This is a key role within the Primary Care Contracting team at a time of exciting changes within Dental Services.
The post holder will take a key role in supporting the Service Development Manager with the planning, development and delivery of effective and efficient Dental services in Primary Care.
As such they will be responsible for collaborating and negotiating with contractors, service providers and professional committees to identify and achieve service development and improvement, evaluating through performance management and lead the production and delivery of specific plans and projects to meet the healthcare needs of the local population.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
