Overview

Primary (5-11) Programme Lead, temporary maternity cover until 31 October 2026. Part time: 0.6 FTE (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday). Salary: L8-L10 £61,534 - £64,691 per annum pro rata. Actual salary: £36,920.40 - £38,814.60 per annum. Start date: January 2026 (earlier start dates considered). Potential secondment opportunity for someone currently working in a school. Based at John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT).

Responsibilities
  • Lead on all aspects of the Primary (5-11) provision, including working with a wide variety of local schools.
  • Engage with school leaders, mentors and other colleagues to ensure the best possible progress for trainee teachers.
  • Enable trainee teachers to enter the teaching profession as exceptional classroom practitioners.
