About the role

In this pivotal position, you’ll be helping the team influence broker income, customer conversion, and insurer relationships through rigorous analysis and strategic execution. From building robust pricing models to tracking performance and uncovering insights, you’ll be working at the heart of data‑led decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis to support the development of pricing strategies, including elasticity modelling, lifetime value analysis, and commission optimisation.
• Implement and maintain pricing models, including real‑time commission setting and variable deposit structures for instalment business.
• Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to refine pricing models using tools such as Earnix.
• Monitor pricing performance and provide actionable insights to improve conversion, retention, and profitability.
• Assist in fraud detection and risk selection analytics to support pricing integrity.
• Support insurer pricing initiatives by analysing risk selection and identifying opportunities for market expansion.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, translating complex data into clear recommendations.
