Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and directs the military and civilian human resources and fiscal programmatic activities.
  • Serves as the personnel strategic planner and resource development/allocation manager.
  • Performs budget formulation work involving preparation of detailed analysis and cost analyses of multi-year funding needs for one or more future budget years.
  • Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships.

  • Total salary varies depending on location of position
