Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous cash reconciliation and store operations experience is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in running the Store.
• Lead by example, modeling desired behaviors for the sales team.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
