Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification required.
• Over 1 year's experience working in Early Years is essential.
• Knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide stimulating experiences and resources for children's development.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of every child and staff.
• Maintain records relating to children and staff.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Knowledge of EYFS

Ability to lead and develop staff

Experience in Early Years
