Overview

We’re a new grab & go concept bringing real regional Italian food to the City of London. No pizza, no pasta clichés—just fresh, vibrant dishes that showcase the richness of Italy. We’re looking for someone reliable and hardworking to be the backbone of our kitchen: part Kitchen Porter, part Prep Chef.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen spotless at all times (daily cleaning, washing up, sanitising surfaces).
• Follow our cleaning routines and maintain the high standards set by the owners.
• Support with daily prep: washing fresh produce, cutting vegetables, basic batch prep.
• Help with stock rotation and food storage.
• Make sure the kitchen is left organised, clean, and ready every day.
