About the Role

Complete Classroom Services is recruiting for a school Site Manager to support a range of Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across Haringey and the surrounding areas. We are seeking proactive, hands‑on individuals who can take ownership of site maintenance, ensure daily operations run smoothly, and uphold high standards of safety and compliance.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Overseeing the general upkeep and security of school buildings and grounds
• Completing or supervising minor repairs and maintenance (DIY, plumbing, carpentry, electrical)
• Managing contractors and ensuring Health & Safety compliance
• Conducting routine safety checks (fire alarms, emergency exits, water systems)
• Supporting room/venue setups for school events and functions
• Monitoring stock, ordering materials, and managing site resources effectively
• Ensuring safeguarding, site safety and secure access at all times

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous school experience as a caretaker, site manager (preferable)
