Job summary

A specialist recruitment agency in Greater London seeks a PRAM specialist to enhance a major rail systems programme. The role involves delivering PRAM activities throughout design and operational phases, ensuring the embedding of performance and reliability objectives. Essential skills include delivering PRAM on rail projects, RAM modelling, and stakeholder engagement. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 office days per week, with a competitive daily rate and an initial contract of 12 months.

Are you a PRAM specialist with experience on large rail programmes?

Do you enjoy working at system level on long-term infrastructure projects?

Rate: £500 to £680 per day (Inside IR35)

Contract length: Initial 12 months, with extension potential

Location: London (hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)

An exciting opportunity to support a major rail systems programme, delivering PRAM activities across design, delivery and operational phases.

Working within the Systems and Integration team, you will act as the technical authority for PRAM, ensuring performance and reliability objectives are embedded across the programme.

Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering PRAM activities on rail or complex infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of RAM modelling and availability simulations
  • Experience conducting lifecycle performance assessments
  • Ability to chair PRAM workshops and technical working groups
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills
Desirable
  • Experience interfacing PRAM with systems safety, requirements and wider assurance registers
  • Experience supporting independent reviews and assessments
