JOB PURPOSE

As Prada Stock Controller, you support the Stock Manager in warehouse management and providing services to the store.

You ensure proper handling of goods, compliance with KPIs, guidelines, and company procedures for product care. You are responsible for achieving individual and team targets, ensuring excellent service and responding to customer needs both in-store and online.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure product care and protection according to company guidelines.
  • Manage goods receipt and storage, preparing products for the sales floor and special areas efficiently.
  • Prepare shop-to-shop and return transfers per guidelines and timelines.
  • Handle e-commerce order flow, ensuring service levels.
  • Manage flow of damaged, not sellable, or repair products.
  • Organize packaging and stationery, both physically and on IT systems.
  • Manage display objects and organize uniform and gift flows.
  • Ensure proper protection and packaging of products for transfers and shipments.
  • Follow guidelines in case of theft, including communication and documentation.
  • Assist in system investigations when needed.
  • Record product movements in the IT system.
  • Participate in physical and cycle inventories, respecting timelines.
  • Support warehouse activities related to sales, ensuring security and cleanliness.
  • Assist in optimizing warehouse space with the Store Manager and Store Operations Manager.
  • Support sales associates and collaborate with visual merchandising when needed.
  • Maintain relationships with providers.
  • Organize and update archives monthly.
  • Adhere to KPIs, guidelines, and procedures from the Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Experience in luxury or premium brands.
