Dream Medical are looking for an excellent Practice Nurse to look specialise in Chronic Disease management within a friendly GP surgery in Slough. You will join an efficient team of GPs, ANPs and HCAs who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Days and times are flexible for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will be up to date (with certificates) in the following:
- Asthma reviews
- Diabetes
- Cytology
- Chronic diseases
- COPD reviews
- Spiro
- Travel vaccinations
- B12 & other injections
- Elderly checks

The practice would ideally like the position to commence as soon as possible, but will make exceptions for the right candidate.

You must:
- Have relevant qualifications and experience
- Have an enhanced DBS issued within 1 year
- Provide 2 clinical referees
- Be up to date with updates
- Be registered with NMC with Valid Pin
