A local GP surgery in Mansfield is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join their team on a part-time basis. The role involves providing high quality care to patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring comprehensive patient management. Ideal candidates should have experience with SystmOne and be able to handle patient assessments, chronic disease management, and support healthcare assistants. Training will be provided for those without prior software knowledge. Competitive pay and stable working hours are offered.
As an experienced Practice Nurse at Churchside you will play a crucial role in providing high quality care to our patients. You must be friendly, patient focussed, calm and organised, as well as someone who communicates well with people at all levels. We are seeking someone who provides compassionate care and has attention to detail. Ideally you will have experience working with SystmOne, but full training can be provided.
We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our team working 24 hours per week. Working days would be Monday to Wednesday, and Wednesday would be a later start due to finishing at 8pm.
In terms of your clinical capabilities, you should be someone who can confidently deal with the following patient needs:
