Description

• Full time Practice Manager required for 5 days per week in a mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near York, North Yorkshire
• Looking for a warm and committed individual
• 6 surgery practice
• The role involves ensuring the smooth day to day running of the practice, compliance with CQC and GDC standards, managing staff, dealing with patients and assisting in further development of the practice
• Fully computerised with SoE, clinipads, online booking
• Supportive environment in a family run practice with competitive remuneration package
• This role is a good stepping stone for a Head Nurse to move into practice management
• The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of dentistry, be a good communicator, able to prioritise their workload, meet deadlines, manage staff effectively and deal with patients with empathy and care.
• Ability to commute/relocate:
• Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
• Experience:
• Dental Practice Management experience 1 year (preferred)
