About the role

Are you an experienced veterinary leader ready for your next step? Cromwell Veterinary Group is seeking a dynamic and people-focused Practice Manager to oversee all Cromwell sites and help shape the future of our thriving practices.

You will play a pivotal role within our Senior Leadership Team, working closely with our Clinical Director to deliver an exceptional client journey, support our dedicated teams, and drive the success of the business.

What you’ll be doing
  • Overseeing the smooth operational running of all Cromwell practices.
  • Driving delivery of business strategy and supporting continuous growth.
  • Championing exceptional client experience and supporting a positive, engaged team culture.
  • Leading key operational areas including HR, H&S, finance, marketing and client care.
  • Acting as a trusted link between the practice teams and Linnaeus central support functions.
  • Providing confident, compassionate leadership that inspires others to thrive.
