Job description

A new opportunity has become available for a Practice Manager to join a private practice located in Hindhead, Surrey.

Start date – As soon as possible.

This role is to work 3-4 days per week (flexible).
Working hours will be 9:00am – 5:30pm each day.

The practice consists of 6 surgeries, which are fully equipped and computerised using SOE software.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Day-to-Day Operations
  • Effectively managing the daily operations of the dental practice
  • Maintaining a safe, productive, and patient-focused environment
  • Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and up to date
  1. Staff Management & Training
  • Recruiting, training, and developing nursing and administrative staff
  • Conducting onboarding for new team members and dentists in line with practice systems and policies
  • Managing rotas, annual leave, and maintaining adequate staffing levels
  • Promoting team morale and effective communication
  1. Compliance & Standards
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC and GDC Standards
  • Managing and reviewing all policies and procedures

Additional responsibilities include financial and business management, inventory and equipment management, patient care and communication, and IT and software proficiency.

Salary is dependent on experience, between £38,000 - £40,000, and will be discussed further.

Suitable candidates must have previous dental practice management experience and the right to work in the UK.
