Working hours are full time.

• A 7 surgery practice
• Offering a variety of NHS and Private treatments including specialist treatments such as implants and clear aligners
• A well established team with 11 clinicians.
• Free parking onsite and close to local amenities.

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you'll be:

• Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
