Job Title: PPT / VNA Driver

Location: Nuneaton

Job Type: Full-time (Temporary to Permanent / Permanent – depending on employer)

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience and shift

About the Role

We are looking for reliable and experienced PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) / VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Drivers to join our busy warehouse operation in Lutterworth. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock, supporting daily warehouse operations, and ensuring accuracy and productivity targets are met.

Shift Patterns

• Days: Monday to Friday – 06:00 to 14:00
• Nights: Monday to Friday – 22:00 to 06:00
• (Occasional overtime may be available.)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate PPT and VNA trucks safely and efficiently.
• Move, store, load, and unload goods within the warehouse.
• Maintain stock accuracy using scanning equipment or warehouse systems.
• Complete daily equipment safety checks and report defects.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and site rules.
• Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
• Work towards productivity and accuracy targets.

Requirements

• Valid PPT and/or VNA licence (in-house or accredited).
• Previous warehouse experience operating MHE.
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

  Desirable

  • Experience with RF scanning or WMS systems.
  • Additional MHE licences such as Reach, Counterbalance, HLOP / LLOP.
