Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma qualification.
• Experience within a diagnostic or similar industry.
• High level of technical understanding of diagnostic reagents.
• Proven track record of driving/supporting continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver process & technology improvements.
• Support routine production ensuring service levels.
• Become a subject matter expert for product groups.
• Assist in technical knowledge transfer.
• Investigate product problems and implement solutions.

Skills

Technical understanding of diagnostic reagents
