PPM Scheduler - Building Services

Location: Middlesex

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are working exclusively with a leading building services company who are looking to appoint an organised and proactive PPM Scheduler to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within a supportive and well-established organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and coordinating planned preventative maintenance tasks for building services engineers
  • Managing diaries and allocating works in line with SLAs and client requirements
  • Monitoring job progress and updating systems accordingly
  • Liaising with clients to confirm appointments and resolve queries
  • Supporting the wider operations team with administrative and reporting duties
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in scheduling, planning, or coordination within facilities management, building services, or a similar industry
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office; CAFM systems experience desirable)
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively
  • Team player with a proactive approach
