Qualifications

• Experience in a Maintenance / Engineering role on a power station or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of pressure systems safety regulations.
• Ability to manage budgets effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of multi-skilled technicians maintaining plant equipment.
• Plan and manage plant outages efficiently.
• Develop arrangements for out of hours maintenance cover.

Skills

Supervisory or management experience

Knowledge of pressure systems safety regulations

Experience with beroating plant and steam boilers

Knowledge of environmental permits

Education

HNC in an engineering discipline

Formal health and safety qualification (IOSH or NEBOSH)
