Post Office Counter Clerk — Sauchiehall St Post Office, Glasgow

Working 3 days per week (including Saturday on rota) and during trading hours (9am‑5:30pm). Additional hours available to cover holidays and busy trading periods.

Post Office/Banking/Financial experience preferred but not essential.

We pay in line with UK age‑related minimum and living wage rates – so your pay will depend on your age group. Please see below:

16‑18 years: £7.57

18‑20: £10.03

21+: £12.25

To be employed in this role you must be over the age of 18 and complete a safeguarding check.

3-Day Post Office Counter Training – Covers Introduction, Processes, Practical Skills & Systems

Training may take place at a different location – flexibility required!

As a Post Office Counter Clerk you’ll provide exceptional customer service to connect people across miles and time, to organise travel money and documents, and to take care of bills and banking. • Managing queues and ensuring that customers can access the services they need quickly and simply
