Job description

The vacancy for the Porter/Domestic role is at the following area:

Prestwich Mental Health Hospital

Working 25 hours a week on a rota basis, including early and late shifts, Monday to Sunday.

Please note: This role is not eligible for sponsorship unless you meet criteria by temporary exemption from current changes to immigration rules put in force on 22/07/2025. Separate provisions are applied to workers who have been sponsored and held a continuous Skilled Worker visa since prior to 04/04/2024.

To assist colleagues within the Domestic Services Department in providing a clean, safe, and efficient service for patients, visitors, and colleagues, in line with the Trust’s Standards and the National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness.

Experience is not essential as full training will be given.
