A specialist NHS hospital in East Grinstead is seeking a Porter to provide essential services including patient transportation and waste management. The successful candidate will possess good interpersonal and communication skills and have a Full UK Driving Licence. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable. The position offers a Band 2 salary and various NHS benefits, alongside opportunities for personal development and team collaboration.
We are looking for a Porter to join us. Experience in a similar role would be desirable but enthusiasm and experience of working in a team are equally important.

Band 2 position
On a varying shift pattern of 0700-1500 and 1100-1900 over a 3 week rolling pattern, that includes 2 out of 3 weekends
Successful candidates will be reliable, flexible, and good team players who possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Applicants must have a Full UK Driving Licence
To provide a high quality, prompt and efficient Porter service to patients, staff and visitors in a safe & timely manner
To provide waste management collection service for clinical waste, domestic waste, glass, paper, cardboard from waste compounds around the site in accordance with Trust Policies and Procedures.
This position is for Portering Services as part of a teamand carry out various tasks within this role.
