Neon Contracts is looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Polisher to support a busy Wet Spraying department in the Bordesley Green area. If you take pride in producing high‑quality finishes and enjoy hands‑on work, this is a great opportunity to grow within the manufacturing and finishing industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Polishing and preparing surfaces for wet spraying
• Supporting the wet spray team to ensure all components meet preparation standards
• Sanding, buffing, and refining metal surfaces before coating
• Performing quality checks throughout the polishing process
• Manual handling of metal products and frames
• Maintaining a clean, organised workspace to support production efficiency
• Working closely with team members to achieve production targets
• Identifying and reporting any defects prior to spraying
