An innovative healthcare organization in Hull is seeking an experienced PMO Programme Manager to lead a variety of programmes aimed at enhancing health outcomes. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Programme Management, particularly in health and social care settings, with a strong focus on collaboration and problem-solving. This position offers full-time employment on a fixed-term basis, with a salary range of £47,810 to £54,710 per year.

We're looking for an experienced PMO Programme Manager to help deliver a diverse range of programmes and projects that support better health outcomes across CHCP.
You’ll lead projects from discovery through to delivery, ensuring clear plans, strong governance, and visible progress. Working with our Senior Programme Manager, you’ll help maintain a high‑quality programme management approach and keep activity on track. Collaboration is key.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across Finance, Business Intelligence, Communications & Marketing, IT and Contracting, bringing people together to coordinate activity and solve problems. You’ll also support clinical and corporate teams through service change and ensure programmes are smoothly embedded into Business as Usual.
