Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex data center projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives with 3-5 years focused on enterprise data center environments along with Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP). Expected qualification and critical experiences

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex data center projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (networking, security, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and vendors.
  • Facilitate regular updates, status reports, and meetings to keep all parties informed of progress, risks, and issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to teams working on data center infrastructure, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure data center solutions, including networking, storage, and compute infrastructure.
  • Ensure that all technical solutions meet the organization's security, compliance, and performance requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring that all expenditures are tracked and controlled.
  • Optimize resource allocation across projects, balancing the demands of various initiatives while maintaining high levels of efficiency and productivity.

  • Work with procurement teams to manage vendor relationships and contracts related to data center hardware, software, and services.
  • Ensure all data projects comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal governance policies.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to data center operations, security, and disaster recovery.
  • Implement process improvements and adopt new technologies to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of data center operations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data center management and assess their applicability to the organization's needs.
  • Track project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders and prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project status and performance.
  • Ensure service level contracts are in place with the OEMs.
  • Coordinate logistics and project management activities based on consultations with stakeholders.
