Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a PMO in a fast-paced construction delivery environment.
• Strong background working on infrastructure construction projects such as airports, rail, and highways.
• Skilled at managing high-volume workloads.

• Manage a lean PMO team supporting a high volume of enhancement projects.
• Lead development and embedding of project controls and reporting standards.
• Oversee governance, risk management, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Drive consistency and quality across project documentation and reporting.
• Coach and guide project managers to uplift capability.
