  • Managing portfolio financial processes and reporting.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for project and business colleagues providing guidance on methodology tools and governance.
  • Coordinating resource planning with IT, Data Ops, and InfoSec teams.
  • Preparing reporting packs for monthly Change Group meetings and senior committees.
  • Collaborating with Risk Management and Internal Audit to ensure compliance with governance standards.
  • Overseeing contract resource processes, invoice management, and business continuity frameworks.

We have the opportunity for a PMO Lead to join our Business Transformation Group (BTG) on a 12-month fixed-term contract here at Tokio Marine Kiln.

Reporting into the Head of Project Delivery you will play a key role in managing portfolio governance financial oversight and resource planning across a diverse range of projects and programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery and compliance with internal standards.
