A leading UK water company is seeking a PMO Business Manager for a fixed-term contract role in Old Warren. The successful candidate will manage the PMO function and support strategic planning and coordination efforts. This position involves working closely with leadership teams, owning the PMO transformation plan, and leading special projects. Ideal applicants will have a track record in PMO environments and possess strong project management and communication skills, making a significant impact within the organization.
FIXED TERM CONTRACT - 6 MONTHS
The PMO Business Manager role reports to the Head of PMO Operations and contributes significantly to strategic planning, coordination, and the successful running of the PMO function. The role interacts with functional and business unit leadership to align the PMO transformation plan and budget with overall business objectives and priorities.
The Business Manager works horizontally across the PMO team to support the lead team in coordinating and pulling together the overarching PMO strategy and ways of working across the broader PMO and Finance function.
