PMO Analyst – Report Hub

Location: London, UK
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Delta Capita is seeking a PMO Analyst to support our Report Hub team in London. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across integration, operations, technology, and business functions within a fast-paced and evolving environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Report Hub leads.

Key Responsibilities

• As a PMO Analyst within the Report Hub team, you will support a range of functions across integration, operations, technology, and business management.
• In Integration, you will be responsible for collating project updates from integration consultants and producing weekly executive reporting for both internal stakeholders and client initiatives.
• Within Operations, you will assist the OCRMS team in establishing client engagement programs and help collate and report weekly feedback across all active engagements.
• On the Technology side, you will support the Report Hub Technology team by managing escalated issues and generating ad-hoc materials and documentation as needed.
• From a business perspective, you will manage the Portfolio RAID log and contribute to regular executive reporting. You will drive and own the weekly Report Hub Leadership Team meeting, ensuring critical items are tracked and followed up. You will also assist the Business Manager with budget and expense tracking.
• Additionally, you will support a range of non-technical initiatives across Report Hub, including process improvements, audit preparations, communication plans, and client migrations to the new Portal.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experienced PMO professional with a background in business operations and reporting.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in financial services or technology environments is advantageous.
• Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organisation.
