Job description

Landmarc Support Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Plumbing & Heating Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of heating systems within commercial and tenanted properties. From routine repairs to urgent fixes, you’ll deliver high-quality service that meets our clients’ expectations.

RAF Spadeadam, Gilsland, Brampton, Cumbria, CA8 7AT

On-Call Duties Required

1 in 3 weeks (overtime/toil applicable)

Salary

£37,115.94

Main Responsibilities
  • Undertake both reactive and planned maintenance and minor installation work across the sites commercial and tenanted sites and projects.
  • Work with various heating systems including Press-fit, Soldered, ABS, and PVC
  • Perform installations following working drawings
  • Provide details to colleagues for the development of quotations for additional works
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Complete certification and work orders to meet KPI's
Essential Criteria
  • Qualified heating Engineer with NVQ level 2 or 3 (OFTEC)
  • Ideally have previous experience of maintenance and repairs
  • Strong health and safety knowledge
  • Ability to lookahead, plan and work to tight deadlines
  • Full driving licence is essential (company van provided)

About the Company

Landmarc provides the support services that enable Armed Forces from around the world to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE).
