Are you a skilled Plumbing and Heating Engineer looking to join a company that genuinely values its team, delivers top-quality work, and takes pride in customer care?

We're a well-established, family-run business with over 15 years of success, and we're looking for a new team member to help us continue delivering outstanding service in and around Milton Keynes. You'll join a close-knit group where teamwork matters, your voice is heard, and we work hard — but make time for the fun stuff too (think team karting, meals out, and regular social events).

What You'll Be Doing:

* Diagnosing and repairing faults on boilers and heating systems

* Carrying out boiler services and gas safety inspections

* Undertaking reactive and remedial works after service visits

* Using our job management system to streamline communication and customer updates

* Working safely and respectfully in customers' homes, always protecting their property and wellbeing

What We're Looking For:

* Qualified in Plumbing and Gas

* Experience with cookers, gas fires, and unvented cylinders (G3) is ideal — but we'll support training if needed

* Bonus if you've worked in commercial environments or held team leadership roles

* Someone who's passionate about high-quality workmanship and working to regulation standards

* A customer-focused, friendly professional who takes pride in doing things right

* A reliable team player with a full UK driving licence

What You'll Get:
