Responsibilities
  • Managing a team of field-based engineers, ensuring smooth delivery of all works
  • Overseeing contracts from initial scope to completion
  • Preparing accurate estimates and scoping documents for mechanical/plumbing projects
  • Coordinating and ordering materials to ensure projects run efficiently
  • Ensuring all works comply with health & safety legislation promptly and according to company policies
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and providing professional support
  • Monitoring contract performance, budgets, and profitability
  • Working closely with the Electrical Manager and other members within the team to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities
