Job summary

A leading facilities management company in London is seeking an experienced technician to perform preventive and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems in their properties. Applicants should have relevant qualifications and skills in plumbing and HVAC maintenance, and be prepared for occasional unsociable hours. The role includes maintaining core company values while interacting with clients and the public.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the installation of building services, specifically with all types of pipework.
  • Multi-skilled across all FM trades including building fabric and minor electrical works.

Responsibilities

  • Completion of PPM to all Mechanical elements of the building.
  • Completion of reactive tasks as required / directed.
  • Completion of ad-hoc building services works.
  • Completion of quoted works both inside and outside of normal working hours.
  • Occasional report writing.
  • Observe and comply with company Health Safety & Environmental procedures.
  • Be an ambassador for the company, maintain their core values.
  • Interaction with the public.
  • Carry out any further reasonable requests made by management.

Skills

City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 in Mechanical, Plumbing, HAVAC installation and maintenance
General building skills
Prepared to work unsociable hours
Client facing - able to communicate at all levels
Trained in ACOP L8

About The Role

Days of Working: Monday to Friday

Additional Details: Occasional weekend call outs

Responsibilities
