A leading facilities management company is seeking a skilled technician in the City of Westminster. The role involves mechanical installations, completion of routine tasks, and requires a City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 qualification. Qualifications

  • City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 in Mechanical, Plumbing, HAVAC installation and maintenance.
  • General building skills.
  • Prepared to work unsociable hours.
  • Client facing - able to communicate at all levels.
  • Trained in ACOP L8.

Responsibilities

  • Completion of PPM to all Mechanical elements of the building.
  • Completion of reactive tasks as required / directed.
  • Completion of ad-hoc building services works.
  • Completion of quoted works both inside and outside of normal working hours.
  • Occasional report writing.
  • Observe and comply with company Health Safety & Environmental procedures.
  • Be an ambassador for OCS, maintain their core values.
  • Carry out any further reasonable requests made by management.

About The Role

Days of Working: Monday to Friday

Additional Details: Occasional weekend call outs

Responsibilities
  • Completion of PPM to all Mechanical elements of the building.

  • Trained in ACOP L8
Desirable
  • Multi skilled across all FM trades including building fabric and minor electrical works
  • Experienced in the installation of building services, specifically with all types of pipework
