Plumber & Heating Engineer

Location: Oxfordshire & surrounding areas
Salary: up to £42,000 + Van + Pension + Training

We’re representing a leading renewable heating specialist that designs and installs high-end systems for bespoke, self-build, and eco-conscious residential projects across Oxfordshire.

The Role

You’ll be installing, commissioning, and maintaining a variety of plumbing and heating systems, including:

• 1st & 2nd fix plumbing installations
• Underfloor heating systems (UFH)
• Plant room builds and integrations
• Air Source & Ground Source Heat Pumps (ASHP & GSHP)
• Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems

Each project is unique — you’ll work closely with designers, engineers, and site teams to deliver installations that combine craftsmanship with cutting-edge renewable technology.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in plumbing and heating (residential or self-build projects ideal)
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, detailed work
