• Perform repairs in accordance with housing maintenance standards.
• Identify and fix leaks and burst pipes.
• Install additional pipework as required.

Role: Plumber Multi Trade

Salary: £39,000-£40,000 Call Out & Overtime

Location: Reading, Slough, Brent

Environment: Housing Maintenance

The Company

Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are Reading, Slough and Brent.

The Role

• Bath framework, boxing, bath panels, Tiling
• Toilet overhauls
• Identifying and fixing burst pipes / leaks
• Installing additional pipework
• Gain entries
• Mould treatments
• Shower boost replacement
• Receive & complete works via PDA device
• Work safely in accordance with H&S

Skills & Experience

• Competent use of PDA & mobile devices
• Full UK Drivers License
• Social Housing experience preferred
• Relevant industry qualifications
